Fostering Futures Program
Fostering educational success for Roadrunners who have a history of foster care!

The Fostering Futures Program empowers the next generation of college graduates by building foundations for success through compassionate engagement in inclusive, individualized resources, healthy connection to community, advocacy for advancement, and leadership.  From Admissions to Alumni, we design holistic services unique to fit the individual needs of students, keep folks connected on campus, and collaborate with students advancing into careers.

This year, funds raised through Giving Day will be used to provide our students with books.  Many students approach us with limited financial resources to purchase this critical tool for academic advancement, and your support will open pathways for student success in an impactful way!

“The Fostering Futures program has helped me in many ways. They offer emergency funds I was able to use, resources such as food, clothes and technology. Even a cool place to hangout, have some laughs and study. I had been in a situation where I got pulled over, I had no insurance and this led to my car being impounded by the San Antonio police. I needed my car out because the fee accumulates each day it is in the impound. I did not have enough money to pay for it and was stressing out. During one of my hangouts there in the FFP I was made aware that the FFP offers emergency funds aid.  The staff at FFP offered their personal time during and after hours to help me pay for the impound and tow truck fee. This situation was not easy and took a few hours to fix but they were there through phone and in person, at the impound lot, helping me so that I was able to use the emergency funds FFP offers.”

Thank you for supporting the mission of Fostering Futures for our students!
