Westside Scholarship Fund
Scholarship Support for Students from San Antonio's Westside

Support for this project assists students from San Antonio’s Westside neighborhoods by providing scholarships to ensure they can pursue degrees at UTSA. This scholarship is part of a larger effort to create pathways for educational excellence through The UTSA Presidential Initiative on Westside Community Partnerships.

A particular emphasis will be placed on awarding scholarships to students who reside in zip code 78207, which is closest to the Downtown Campus. Other eligible zip codes include 78207, 78237, 78255, 78226, 78228, 78201, 78227, 78236 and 78204.

“I am a biomedical engineering major with hopes of doing my own research to improve medical devices and designing prosthetics for amputees. This scholarship will help me financially with books and other expenses for this school year.” – Nicholas, Westside Scholarship recipient

Will you help more students like Nicholas and make a gift to the Westside Scholarship Fund today? Your gift will open the doors to higher education for many deserving Westside students, who are San Antonio’s leaders of tomorrow.

Thank you for your support.
